SH112 Petroleum Kinematic Viscometer This instrument complies with
the requirements of the national standard GB/T265 "Determination of
Kinematic Viscosity of Petroleum Products and Algorithm for Dynamic
Viscometers". It can simultaneously hold four viscosity tubes for
experiments, and can also be used as a high viscosity constant
temperature water bath for other experiments. Adopting a color LCD
large screen with Chinese display, no labeled buttons, temperature
measurement using precision platinum resistance PT100, setting
freely between 10-100 ℃, automatic switching between main and
auxiliary heaters, and the ability to store the constant of the
capillary tube in case of power failure. Automatically calculate
viscosity value, this product also complies with ASTM D445 standard
Kinematic viscosity: Determine the gravity flow under a certain
volume model at a constant temperature, and measure the viscosity
of the liquid by calibrating a glass capillary viscometer. The
constant of the capillary viscometer flows over time, and the
kinematic temperature of the product is used to measure the
viscosity of the liquid

● The capillary gauge card adopts a three-point vertical type,
which is flexible and convenient to operate, and the clamping is

● The viscosity tube can be selected as either a Pinter viscosity
tube or an Ubbelohde viscosity tube according to the needs.
● Equipped with USB input function, it can output data to the PC
for long-term storage (optional).
● Storage method: The experimental results can store 199 sets of
historical data for easy retrieval (optional);
● Output format: The output format of the result USB drive is CSV
or Excel (optional).

● Customers are required to provide their own consumables: water or
glycerin. Strictly according to national standards, the viscosity
tube needs to be cleaned with the following reagents before the
experiment: solvent oil or petroleum C5H12.
