SH113EQ Fully automatic pour point analyzer

The SH113EQ fully automatic pour point analyzer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the Chinese standards GB/T3535 "Petroleum Pour Point Determination Method" and GB/T510 "Petroleum Pour Point Determination Method". It uses a main control component composed of multiple microcontrollers, with automatic cooling, automatic constant temperature, automatic detection, and automatic printing and output of results. Adopting a two-stage refrigeration system, the refrigeration range is+30 ℃ to -70 ℃, suitable for the detection of samples with pour/condensation points higher than -35 ℃. Due to the use of imported compressors from Danfoss in Germany, the operation is stable and reliable for a long time, and is not easily damaged. Adopting a dry trap shaped cold bath box, it has low hysteresis, fast cooling, does not require other cooling media, and is convenient to use and maintain. Adopting high-performance infrared detection technology, with high detection sensitivity and strong reliability.

The condensation point is the highest temperature of an oil product when it is cooled in a test tube under specified test conditions until the liquid level does not move, expressed in degrees Celsius.
