ST-138A Edible Oil Refractive Index Meter
ST-138A edible oil refractive index meter accurately measures the
refractive index of oil esters, which can identify whether the oil
is adulterated. This method is a routine method for quality and
technical supervision departments to identify the quality of oil,
and is currently the fastest screening method. It is suitable for
the supervision of edible oil quality (including rapeseed oil,
peanut oil, soybean oil, palm oil, blended oil, and various salad
oils) in the circulation field, especially for the supervision and
testing of bulk oil quality.
