ST007AP Single head wet gluten meter
ST007AP Gluten tester is used for the determination of gluten
content, gluten index and gluten water holding rate in flour and
wheat flour by grain processing and metering departments.
It is composed of three parts: gluten washer, index tester
(centrifuge) and dryer.
The technical indicators are GB/ t14608-93 and SB/ t10248-95.
