SH0193C Automatic Rotating Oxygen Bomb Instrument (Metal Bath)
SH0193C automatic rotary oxygen bomb tester is designed and
manufactured according to the national standard ASTMD2272-2009
"Determination of Lubricating Oil Oxidation Stability" metal bath
standard. It is suitable for evaluating the oxidation stability of
new and used steam turbine oils with the same composition (base oil
and additives). It can also be used to evaluate new mineral
insulating oils containing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol as a quick
assessment method for its oxidation stability. The test results are
used to test the new mineral insulating oil containing
2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol or 2,6-di-tert-butyl phenol or both, and
the performance of each batch of oil can be continuously
controlled.
Performance characteristics
l Used in new oil, in-use oil, steam turbine oil, lubricating oil,
insulating oil and automobile gasoline engine oil, etc.
2. The metal measuring cell reduces the unpleasant smell emitted by
the medium oil during the test, and eliminates the danger that may
occur due to the long test time.
3. It can automatically perform pressure detection, data recording,
oxidation time calculation on the tested oil sample, and can
automatically end the test.
4. The metal bath is heated without liquid medium.
5. Simple ventilation, no need to be placed in a fume hood, exhaust
gas and odor can be simply discharged through a plastic tube.
6. Can control the operation of 2 groups of tests at the same time
or separately

sample can be measured during the test
